I assist clients with weight management, help them develop fitness plans and provide lifestyle coaching. My approach is one of compassion and mindfulness, tailored to suit your specific needs. We set you up to succeed, and we start by removing the all-or-nothing numbers game.

And I’ve been where you are — I lost more than 45 pounds back in 2005, and I’ve kept off the weight since then.
I provide individual sessions via Skype/Google+ and face-to-face meetings to help clients cope with weight management, behavior modification and fitness-related motivation issues.
I have my health coach certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the only NCCA-accredited health coaching program, and I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) with nearly 1,000 hours and seven years of teaching experience. I’ve been working with major healthy living brands since 2008, and I’ve written and edited several books on wellness and weight loss.
I also have completed continuing education in Alternative & Integrative Nutrition and Herbal Supplements, and I’m studying to be a Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ACE.
